We all know an important factor that is required for our proper mental health and it plays a vital role in our body’s peace and comfort is “SLEEP”.Without sleep,no one can survive for more than two weeks or it can also depends on everybody’s immune system,how long he can survive.Some one can survive for one week and someone can also survive for two weeks also.But without sleep,we can not survive properly.As food and air is necessary for our survival,so sleep is also important and necessary element for our proper survival.

We all must know that proper sleep of 8_10 hours average is required by everyone so that he can do his daily chores with efficiency and spend his day with energy.If he feels fresh after taking 6 hours sleep,it also might be sufficient.Taking proper sleep is also important but more important is taking sleep at proper time.

That proper time is sleeping early in the night at approximately 10 pm till 6 am.This time is an ideal time for every body to take rest and relax his mind by taking a sound and peaceful sleep.
